The KneeZ Pro strap
How is it different from a knee brace?
A knee brace wraps the whole knee and squeezes everywhere. It gets hot, limits bending and doesn’t target the spot that takes the load. KneeZ Pro presses on one single spot, the tendon just below the kneecap, and redirects the force running through it. Smaller, more targeted, invisible under trousers.
I’ve tried everything. Why would this one work?
Because what you’ve tried wasn’t aimed at the right spot. A sleeve compresses the whole knee. A brace locks the whole joint. Cream and rest only calm things down afterwards. None of them relieves the tendon below the kneecap while you’re walking. If it didn’t work, it’s not because your knee is done for: you were treating the wrong spot. And you have 60 days to see for yourself.
It looks small. Does it really work?
We hear that a lot. A scalpel is smaller than a sledgehammer, and far more precise. The strap is small because it only has one spot to target. 96% of customers surveyed feel relief from the very first use.
I have arthritis, not a sports injury. Is it for me?
Yes. The strap doesn’t act on the joint itself: it reduces the force going through below the kneecap with every step. Whether the pain comes from arthritis, tendinitis or the meniscus, it’s the same spot taking the load. It’s a use that comes up often in our reviews. It doesn’t replace your doctor’s advice.
Will it fit my knee?
Yes. One size, adjustable with a Velcro-style fastening: slim, athletic or fuller legs. No size chart, nothing to measure. People wearing EU sizes 36 to 52 wear it with no trouble.
Does it stay on all day without slipping or getting hot?
Yes. The silicone pad grips your skin and stays below the kneecap, even when hiking or playing padel. The breathable fabric lets air through: no sweating, no itching, even after 10 hours. Just one tip: if you’re sitting for a long time, loosen it a notch.

When will it arrive, and how much will I pay in total?
Your order ships within 48 hours, with a tracking number by email. Allow 5 to 10 days in France. French overseas territories: about 10 days, with tracking. The price shown is the price you pay: €1.99 delivery for 1 strap, free from 2 straps. No fees added at checkout, nothing to pay on delivery. Secure SSL and 3D Secure payment.
What if it’s not right for me?
You have 60 days to send it back. Email us at help.support@mistglide.com, one email is all it takes: full refund, no questions asked, no forms. Worst case, you get your money back. Best case, you get your stairs back.
Where is my order?
As soon as it ships, within 48 hours, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also enter it on our order tracking page.
I haven’t received my confirmation email.

Can I change my address or my order?
Email us as soon as possible at help.support@mistglide.com with your order number. As long as the parcel has not left, we can correct it.
Do you deliver outside mainland France?
Yes: to the French overseas territories and to many European countries. The countries we deliver to and the delivery price are shown at checkout. All the details are on our delivery page.
