What is Mistglide Brush for?
Mistglide Brush is made for quick brush-through touch-ups when hair looks puffy, frizzy, uneven or messy around the front pieces and lengths.
It is best for making hair look neater between full styling routines, especially before work, school drop-off, errands, dinner plans or travel.
Does it replace a straightener?
No. Mistglide Brush is not positioned as a flat-iron replacement and it will not create a full salon straightening result.
Use it when you want a lighter touch-up: smoother-looking flyaways, a cleaner finish and a more arranged look without restarting your whole routine.
Which hair types can use it?
It can be used on many hair types when the goal is a light touch-up. The final look depends on your texture, length, humidity, styling history and how messy the section is before use.
If your hair is very thick, coarse or tightly textured, work in smaller sections and expect a neater finish rather than a full straightened effect.
Can I use it on wet hair?
For best results, use it on dry or nearly dry hair unless the care instructions included with your product say otherwise.
Wet hair is more fragile, so avoid pulling hard through knots. Detangle gently first, then use Mistglide Brush for the visible touch-up.
How fast can I use it in the morning?
Most touch-ups are simple: choose the messy section, brush through gently and repeat only where the hair needs a cleaner finish.
The point is not to rebuild your whole hairstyle. It is to make the visible sections look more put-together fast.

How does the buy 1 get 1 free offer work?
Choose your first Mistglide Brush color, then choose the gift brush color in the bundle selector. When the offer is active and the conditions are met, both brushes are added to cart and the automatic discount applies to the gift brush.
In cart or checkout, you should see one paid brush and one discounted gift brush.
Can I choose two different colors?
Yes. The paid brush and the gift brush can be different colors, subject to available colors in the selector.
Why do I see two brushes in my cart?
That is expected when the bundle offer is used. The cart needs both items so Shopify can apply the automatic discount to the gift brush.
If the gift discount does not appear, refresh the cart once or return to the product page and use the bundle selector again.
Can I add only one brush?
Yes, if you choose the standard purchase flow instead of the bundle offer. When the bundle offer is selected, the second brush is part of the promotion.
Can I change a color after ordering?
Contact support as soon as possible with your order number and the color you want. If the order has not entered processing, support can review the request.

Where do you ship?
Mistglide ships to supported markets available at checkout, including euro-paying destinations enabled in the store.
If your country, region or postal code does not show a delivery method at checkout, that destination is not currently supported. The checkout is the final source for availability.
How much is shipping?
Free tracked delivery is configured for supported destinations. Checkout always displays the final delivery method and total before payment.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually prepared in 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Standard tracked delivery is usually estimated at 5 to 10 business days after processing.
Weather, public holidays, carrier capacity, customs checks, incomplete addresses and local delivery issues can extend the estimate.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking is sent to the email used at checkout once the order has been processed.
It is normal for tracking to take time to activate after the first carrier scan, or to stay unchanged for a few days while the parcel moves between facilities.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the parcel. What should I do?
First check with household members, reception, parcel lockers, neighbours and local collection points. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered shortly before the final handoff.
If it still cannot be found, contact support with your order number, checkout email, delivery address and tracking screenshot so the case can be reviewed.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact support immediately. If the order has not entered processing, the address can be reviewed. Once the parcel is with the carrier, address changes may no longer be possible.

Returns and refunds
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days after delivery, subject to product condition and mandatory consumer rights.
Before sending anything back, read the <a href="/en/pages/refund-policy">refund policy</a> and contact support for return instructions. Parcels sent without instructions can be harder to identify.
What condition does the item need to be in?
The item should be unused, clean, complete and returned with its original accessories, manuals and packaging where possible.
Items showing wear, misuse, missing parts, hygiene concerns or damage after delivery may be refused, partially refunded or returned where allowed by law.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping costs are normally paid by the customer unless the item is defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival.
If there is a defect or wrong item, support may ask for photos or video before confirming the next step.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number, checkout email and clear photos or video of the issue. Keep the packaging until support confirms the next step.
How long does a refund take?
After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Banks and payment providers may need additional time before the amount appears on your account.

Is checkout secure?
Checkout is powered by Shopify and uses encrypted payment processing. The available payment methods are displayed directly in checkout before the order is completed.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed after payment is completed and the confirmation page appears. You should also receive a confirmation email at the address used during checkout.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam, promotions and typo-prone inbox folders first. If you still cannot find it, contact support with your name, checkout email and approximate order time.
What currency will I pay in?
Prices are displayed in the currency available for your selected market. Checkout shows the final total before payment, including any available delivery method and taxes shown by Shopify.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact support as quickly as possible with your order number. If the order has not entered processing, support can review the request.
Once an order is being prepared or has been handed to the carrier, cancellation or edits may no longer be possible.

How should I clean Mistglide Brush?
Remove loose hair after use and keep the brush clean and dry. If you need to wipe it, use a soft dry or lightly damp cloth and let it dry fully before storing.
Do not soak the brush unless the packaging instructions explicitly say it is safe to do so.
How should I store it?
Store it in a clean, dry place after use. For travel, keep it away from loose liquids, heavy items and anything that could bend or damage the brush.
Can I share it?
For hygiene, it is better to keep your brush personal and clean it regularly. If it is shared, clean it before and after use.
What should I do if the product does not seem right?
Stop using it and contact support with your order number, photos or video, and a short explanation. Support will review whether it is a product issue, delivery damage or normal use question.
