Acceptance of the terms

By browsing the store, adding products to the cart, submitting an order, contacting support or using any checkout feature, the customer agrees to these terms and to the policies linked from the footer, including privacy, refund, delivery and withdrawal information. If a customer does not agree, they should not place an order.

The store may update these terms when operations, products, Shopify features, payment methods, delivery methods or legal requirements change. The version displayed at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Products and product information

Mistglide Brush is a beauty accessory intended for ordinary hair touch-ups, flyaways and quick grooming routines. Product pages may describe use cases, benefits, colors, bundle offers, delivery terms and customer experiences. Product visuals are provided to help customers understand the item, but minor differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, image generation, production batches or packaging updates.

The store does not guarantee that results will be identical for every customer. Hair type, humidity, prior styling, product use and routine can affect the visible finish. Product descriptions are not medical advice, professional salon advice or a guarantee of a permanent result.

Orders and checkout

An order is submitted when the customer completes Shopify checkout and payment authorization is accepted. The store may refuse, cancel or refund an order when payment fails, fraud is suspected, the address is unsupported, stock is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, checkout information is incomplete, or fulfilment cannot reasonably be completed.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If an address, email or phone number is incorrect, delivery and support may be delayed. When a parcel has already been processed, address changes may not be possible.

Prices, currency and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency available for the selected Shopify Market. For the configured euro market, checkout is intended to display EUR. The final price, discounts, taxes, duties, shipping method and total are shown before payment confirmation. The customer should review the complete checkout summary before placing the order.

Promotions, bundle offers and discounts may be changed, paused or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed. A discount is valid only when the checkout applies it successfully. If a promotion requires specific products or quantities, removing items may remove the discount.

Payment

Payment methods depend on Shopify checkout and the providers enabled for the customer’s country. The store does not store full payment card numbers in the theme. Payment authorization, fraud screening, chargebacks and refund processing may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own rules and security requirements.

Delivery

Delivery is available only for supported destinations shown at checkout. Free tracked delivery is configured for euro-paying countries and territories enabled in the market. Delivery estimates are informational and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, local disruptions or other events outside the store’s direct control.

Tracking is sent when the parcel is processed and tracking information becomes available. Tracking can take time to activate after the first carrier scan. If a parcel appears delayed, damaged or marked delivered but not received, the customer should contact support with order number, checkout email and delivery address.

Returns, refunds and withdrawal rights

Return, refund and withdrawal terms are described in the refund policy, delivery page and withdrawal page. Customers must request instructions before sending an item back. Products returned without identification or prior instructions may be delayed or refused if the order cannot be matched.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If local law gives a customer stronger rights than these terms, those mandatory rights apply. Refund timing may depend on receipt and inspection of returned goods, payment provider processing and any legal requirements.

Customer obligations

Customers must use the store lawfully, avoid fraudulent transactions, avoid interfering with the site, avoid submitting false information, and use purchased products only as intended. Customers should read available product instructions, keep products away from misuse, and stop using an item if it appears damaged or unsafe.

Intellectual property

Store content, including product images, product copy, page layout, icons, generated visuals, logos, graphics, style, code and design elements, is protected by intellectual property rules. It may not be copied, scraped, reused, resold, reproduced or presented as another store without permission, except where mandatory law allows limited use.

Liability

The store aims to keep information accurate and service available, but errors, temporary interruptions, provider downtime, payment issues, inventory issues or carrier delays may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, data loss, external provider failures or misuse of products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
