Your order ships within 48 hours, and your tracking number arrives by email. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay: no fees added at checkout, nothing to pay on delivery.

Tracking your parcel
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to activate after the carrier’s first scan. It can also stay unchanged for a few days while the parcel moves between sorting centres: that is normal.

Overseas territories: home delivery or pick-up point
In Guadeloupe, Martinique and Réunion, you choose at checkout between tracked home delivery and a Chronopost Pickup point.
A problem with your delivery?
Late or damaged parcel, or an address to correct: email us at help.support@mistglide.com with your order number. If your country does not appear at checkout, we do not deliver there yet.
