Right of withdrawal
This page explains the withdrawal process for eligible online purchases and how customers can notify the store before returning a product.
General right to withdraw
Customers located in eligible consumer jurisdictions, including the European Union where applicable, may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase of physical goods without giving a reason. For many online purchases of physical goods, the standard withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, receives the goods.
This page describes the practical process used by the store. It does not remove any mandatory rights granted by local consumer law. If local mandatory law gives the customer stronger protection, the mandatory rule applies.
When the period starts
For a single product order, the period usually starts on the day the product is delivered. For an order delivered in multiple parcels, the period may start when the final parcel is received where applicable law provides that rule. Delivery records, carrier tracking and customer communications may be used to confirm the relevant date.
How to exercise the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a clear statement before the withdrawal period expires. The request can be submitted through the contact page or through the withdrawal form page when available. The statement should include the order number, checkout email, customer name used for the order, delivery country, date of receipt if known, and the product concerned.
The customer does not need to use a specific wording, as long as the message clearly states the decision to withdraw from the purchase. Support may ask for information needed to identify the order, provide the correct return instructions and prevent delays.
Return of the product
After a withdrawal request is sent, the customer should return the product without undue delay and in accordance with the instructions provided by support. The product should be returned complete, clean, unused beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and characteristics, and with original packaging, accessories and manuals where possible. The customer should use a tracked return method and keep proof of postage until the refund process is completed.
The customer is responsible for handling the product with care while it is in their possession. If the product loses value because of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a deduction may be applied where permitted by law.
Return shipping cost
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or damaged on arrival, the direct cost of returning the product is normally paid by the customer. If the product was delivered defective, incorrect or damaged, the customer should contact support with photos or video before returning it so the case can be reviewed and the correct solution can be confirmed.
Refund after withdrawal
When a withdrawal is valid, the eligible refund is issued to the original payment method. The refund may include the product price and standard delivery charges paid by the customer, if any, according to applicable law. Because standard tracked delivery is configured as free for supported markets, there may be no outbound shipping amount to refund.
The store may wait until the returned goods are received or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back, where applicable law allows this. Payment providers and banks may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.
Possible exceptions
Some goods can be excluded from withdrawal rights under consumer law depending on their nature, hygiene requirements, personalization, sealed packaging, use after opening or other statutory exceptions. Where an exception applies, support will explain the reason based on the condition of the product and the applicable rule. Mandatory rights for defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain separate from voluntary return rules.
Bundles, gifts and promotions
If the order included a bundle, promotional gift, discount code, free accessory or multi-item offer, the refund may be recalculated when not all items are returned. Free gifts or accessories connected to the purchase may need to be returned with the product. If they are missing, damaged or used, the refund may be adjusted where permitted by law.

Les clients situés dans une juridiction de consommation éligible, notamment dans l’Union européenne lorsque cela s’applique, peuvent disposer d’un droit de rétractation pour un achat en ligne de biens physiques. Le délai standard est souvent de 14 jours à compter du jour où le client, ou un tiers désigné autre que le transporteur, reçoit le produit.
Comment exercer ce droit
Le client doit envoyer une déclaration claire avant l’expiration du délai. La demande peut être envoyée via la page de contact ou via le formulaire de rétractation disponible sur la boutique. Elle doit idéalement indiquer le numéro de commande, l’e-mail utilisé au paiement, le pays de livraison, la date de réception et le produit concerné.
Retour du produit
Après la demande, le produit doit être renvoyé sans retard excessif selon les instructions reçues. Il doit être complet, propre, non utilisé au-delà de ce qui est nécessaire pour l’inspecter, et accompagné si possible de l’emballage, des accessoires et notices d’origine.
Frais de retour
Sauf produit défectueux, incorrect ou endommagé à la livraison, les frais directs de retour sont normalement à la charge du client. En cas de défaut ou d’erreur, le client doit contacter le support avec photos ou vidéo avant renvoi.
Remboursement
Lorsqu’une rétractation est valable, le remboursement éligible est effectué sur le moyen de paiement d’origine. La boutique peut attendre la réception du produit retourné ou une preuve d’expédition lorsque la loi l’autorise. Les droits obligatoires du consommateur restent inchangés.

Cómo ejercerlo

Conviene incluir número de pedido, correo del checkout, país de entrega, fecha de recepción y producto afectado.
Devolución del producto
Después de la solicitud, el producto debe devolverse sin demora indebida siguiendo las instrucciones recibidas. Debe estar completo, limpio, sin uso más allá de la inspección necesaria y, cuando sea posible, con embalaje, accesorios y manuales originales.
Coste del retorno
Salvo producto defectuoso, incorrecto o dañado al recibirlo, el coste directo de devolución suele ser responsabilidad del cliente. En caso de defecto o error, el cliente debe contactar con soporte y enviar fotos o vídeo antes de devolverlo.
Reembolso
Cuando el desistimiento es válido, el reembolso elegible se emite al método de pago original. La tienda puede esperar a recibir el producto o una prueba de envío cuando la ley lo permita. Los derechos obligatorios del consumidor no se ven afectados.

Rücksendung
Nach der Anfrage sollte das Produkt ohne unangemessene Verzögerung gemäß den erhaltenen Anweisungen zurückgesendet werden. Es sollte vollständig, sauber, nicht über die notwendige Prüfung hinaus benutzt und möglichst mit Originalverpackung, Zubehör und Anleitung zurückgesendet werden.
Rücksendekosten
Sofern das Produkt nicht defekt, falsch oder bei Lieferung beschädigt ist, trägt der Kunde normalerweise die direkten Rücksendekosten. Bei Defekt oder Fehler sollte der Kunde vor Rücksendung Fotos oder Video an den Support senden.
Erstattung
Bei wirksamem Widerruf erfolgt die berechtigte Erstattung auf die ursprüngliche Zahlungsmethode. Der Shop kann auf den Eingang der Ware oder einen Versandnachweis warten, soweit dies gesetzlich erlaubt ist. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.

Restituzione del prodotto
Dopo la richiesta, il prodotto deve essere restituito senza indebito ritardo seguendo le istruzioni ricevute. Deve essere completo, pulito, non usato oltre quanto necessario per ispezionarlo e possibilmente con imballo, accessori e manuali originali.
Costi di reso
Salvo prodotto difettoso, errato o danneggiato alla consegna, il costo diretto del reso è normalmente a carico del cliente. In caso di difetto o errore, il cliente deve contattare il supporto con foto o video prima della restituzione.
Rimborso
Quando il recesso è valido, il rimborso idoneo viene emesso sul metodo di pagamento originale. Il negozio può attendere la ricezione del prodotto o una prova di spedizione quando consentito dalla legge. I diritti obbligatori del consumatore restano invariati.
